1. AI & Sensitive Data Assessment — our signature service

Before connecting an AI agent to your information, you need to know exactly what you are giving it. The assessment establishes:

• An inventory of the data placed, or to be placed, at an AI agent's disposal.
• Their classification into four levels: public, internal, personal, sensitive or regulated.
• Role-based access: which role (public, employee, specific team) may see what.
• The model choice: hosted locally or online, depending on your data's sensitivity.
• Retention and logging rules, and the guardrails to put in place before any deployment.

You receive a clear picture of your exposure and an applicable guardrail plan — whether or not you continue with us.

2. Adoption & Deployment of Secured AI Agents

We build custom agents for your repetitive tasks, for example:

• Answering your clients' or employees' general questions from your authorized documents only, citing the source.
• Sorting and qualifying incoming requests, and preparing drafts (replies, work orders) that a human approves before sending.
• Escalating to a human any urgent request, any complaint, and anything involving personal data or a specific file.
